[Bug]: Solana - Solana Testnet is not in my network list but it appears in the Account Permissions

Describe the bug

Whenever I connect to a dapp with a Solana account, I can see how the Solana Testnet appears in the account Permission details, however this network doesn't appear in my Network List

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Solana account
2. Go to the test dapp
3. Connect a Solana account
4. Go to the wallet
5. Click on Account permissions
6. See how in the permitted networks it appears Solana Testnet
7. Now click on the network menu
8. See how Solana Testnet is not on my network list

Should dev net and test net be selectable from the main wallet network switcher? Or should they not be and be removed from the permission granting flow?
