I'm not seeing this behavior with my wallet.
But, maybe this could be an issue related to other tokens being included in the total that's displayed here.
Given the amt of the Sol token in this example the price should be ~16 USD or higher depending on other tokens on this address. I'm not sure how it would be reduced to 0.09 USD.

That balance is your total account balance with all tokens, not the USD equivalent of the solana only balance

USD Balance conversion/calculation issue aside, I can see how this screen can be confusing because we're showing a balance next to that Solana icon, which is actually supposed to represent only the network according to the original designs:
