[Feat]: Ambiguous behavior when attempting to connect with a Solana dapp with all Sol accounts hidden

Describe the bug

Expected behavior is a bit unclear for the scenario where a user has hidden all their Solana accounts but attempts to connect with a Solana dapp.

We might expect the user to have to explicitly unhide a Solana account before it can be selected and shared with the requesting dapp.

Steps to reproduce

1. Hide all Solana accounts
2. attempt to connect with a Solana dapp

Current behavior:

• See that one of the hidden Solana accounts is picked as default
• When choosing to edit accounts during dapp connection, see that the Solana accounts become unhidden

low severity because most users will not hide all their Solana accounts. It's more of a question of the intended UX for this scenario.

I checked this behavior on EVM, when i hide my evm account and connect to Uniswap, my hidden account is the one that s being connected.

I dont think this is a bug, but a replication of the evm behavior. I ll check with Thomas Lees on this

@vandan I removed the solana-dapps-connectivity-v1 label because this affects also EVM dapps connectivity. I think this issue should be edited and should be not be a bug, but more a feature enhancement. cc: @adonesky1 @adrigug @rizvihaider445 @Tlees-MMI
