[Bug]: Unable to install snaps from the directory

Describe the bug

I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to install snaps from the directory. When I attempt to add a snap, it prompts me to download the app. However, even after downloading the app, the issue persists and I encounter an error in the console. This prevents the successful installation of snaps.

Note - Issue occurs when the Phantom wallet is toggled on.

Expected behavior

Installation confirmation dialog should apppear.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the snaps directory where snaps are listed.(https://snaps.metamask.io/)
2. Click view button on any of the snaps from directory .
3. Click on the "Add to MetaMask"
4. Observe that a prompt appears asking you to download the app.
5. Download the app as prompted.
6. After downloading, try to add the snap again.
7. Notice that the snap is still not installed.
