[Bug]: Unable to cancel pending transaction due to not enough gas error

Describe the bug

Unable to reproduce consistently: when a transaction is pending, the Cancel button is greyed out and unable to cancel it due to not enough gas message.

Delete activity and nonce data doesn't remove the pending transaction

Expected behavior

Be able to cancel or speed up the pending transaction

1. Send a tx with low gas
2. Go to Activity
3. Notice Cancel button greyed out
