Get latest version in Opera store (add locale metadata)

Opera store rejected v4.8.0 with the error Detailed description missing for Russian..

I am not sure if this would continue to throw for other languages, or if there are other fields that need completion. This issue will represent completing all tasks required to get the latest version published on the Opera addon marketplace.

I have literally no idea. I'd have to reach out to Opera. The line does not appear anywhere in our git repo.

hey @serso could you put us in touch with someone on the Opera addons team? I've pinged support several times but haven't heard back.

I've been in touch with Opera. They are blocking us over the externally_connectible permission.

We use this to allow other extensions to request our provider, but they for some reason don't think that's a good enough reason?

Anyways, I believe if we add a step to our build process that removes this key from the opera build, we will bypass this auto-block from them.

opera is currently on v3.14.1, let's take another look at this

Opera added their own web3 wallet around the same time as they broke our distribution, and so it has been a lower priority goal for us to get this working. So yes, this is still actual.
