Show total account balance, including all tokens, on home screen

What problem are you trying to solve?
Less than intuitive experience on seeing total value of all your currencies

Describe the solution you'd like
in the main screen of the extension, display the total value in your chosen currency (ie USD) of ALL your currencies

Additional context
This would be way easier for new users! A lot of my friends (and myself sometimes) forget to click on the three lines menu on the top left to see the extra DAI, ANT, whatever they have besides Ether - and it's kinda confusing and scary seeing your ETH total low when you know someone supposedly sent you more money and you can't find it.

I see the total value on some browsers, for the ones that are working there are no big differences between browsers or operating systems. Not sure how I even got it to show total value on the ones that are working.
