chore: reset release/7.75.0 tree to d5fcd00

Resets branch content to match d5fcd00 ("feat(rewards): add Ondo
campaign participant outcome support (#29267)") without rewriting
history. Single revert-style commit parent=61aa5bdfe6, tree=d5fcd00.

Context: PR #29290 (release/7.75.0 -> stable).
