[Bug]: When Smart Transactions are enabled, navigating back to the transaction history after submitting a swap is confusing; unexpected transactions appearing in the Transaction history

Describe the bug

When Smart Transactions are enabled, the swaps UI can present a bit of a challenge, making it difficult for users to navigate back to their transaction history after submitting a swap. Users are presented with the Confirmation screen and the only option to get to the Transaction history is to 'Cancel' the swap.
Additionally, users might encounter unexpected transactions appearing in their Transaction history.

Expected behavior

User can easily navigate back / see their transaction history
