[Bug]: Estimated quotes not refreshing after 30 seconds for swap on mobile

Describe the bug

Estimated quotes not refreshing after 30 seconds for swap on mobile. "New quotes in x seconds" becomes "..." after 30 seconds and the gas fee area becomes not clickable.

Expected behavior

Automatically refresh quotes after 30 seconds (or at least allow users to manually refresh).

2. Choose asset & amount
3. Click get quotes
4. Wait for 30 seconds
