[Bug]: align on log in/out experience between mobile and extension

Describe the bug

We have different UX between mobile and extension for log in/out.

When your wallet is locked:

• In extension, we have a 'forget password?' experience
• In mobile, it's "reset wallet"

When your wallet is logged in, and you want to log out:

• We use the language 'lock' which sounds scary and may not align with what user may expect, which is 'log out'

Other:

• When you lock your wallet, FaceID also becomes disabled, which is unexpected behavior
