[Bug]: When initiating a Send transaction for a token on a different network, the notification prompting a network switch appears briefly, not providing enough time for users to acknowledge the current network

Describe the bug

Conversely, during a swap transaction, users are directed to the home screen where they can observe the network switch notification before the swap screen opens.

Expected behavior

The visibility and duration of network switch notifications across different transaction types should provide users ample time to recognize and understand the network changes being made.
