[Bug]: Unable to add more than certain number of networks using `Choose from Permitted Networks` modal

Describe the bug

When attempting to add a network through the Choose from Permitted Networks modal, users encountering a limitation that restricts them to adding no more than 10 networks for Samsung S24 Ultra and 11 networks for iPhone 15 due to the modal not scrolling down to reveal additional options.
Present in 7.39.0 and 7.40.0.

Expected behavior

Users can add more than 10 networks using Choose from Permitted Networks modal

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to a dApp
2. Navigate back to the wallet
3. Add more than 10 / 11 networks
4. Go back to the dApp
5. Add network using Choose from Permitted Networks modal
