[Bug] Switch networks from avatar - network permissions on the dapp page - not working as expected

Describe the bug

When switching networks from the dap page --> avatar-->manage permissions --> dapp icon to a permitted network:

• the approval screen does not go away, needs to be dismissed manually
• token list does not update (showing previous network)
• the dapp link does not update (showing previous network)

Expected behavior

• Approval screen to be dismissed automatically
• Token list to be update
• Dapp link to be updated
• Swap to be possible on the new network; dapp indicates button "Switch to previous network"

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to sushiswap
2. Click on avatar in the upper right corner of dapp page
3. click on Manage Permissions
4. Click on dapp icon
5. Switch to a different enabled network
