[Bug]: ''Use Max'' feature not working on simple transactions

Describe the bug

The ''Use Max'' feature is not working on simple transactions. It looks like the feature was disabled.

Expected behavior

1. go to Send
2. introduce the recipient's address
3. click next
4. 'Use Max' must calculate the maximum amount available to send and add it to the transaction value
