Describe the bug

When users switch networks from within a dApp, the balance displayed on the home screen shows the aggregate balance across all enabled networks.
When a user has the "Current Network" view selected, the home screen displays tokens for the current network and the combined balance from all networks.

Expected behavior

The balance information aligns with the user's current network selection

Steps to reproduce

1. Select Current network view
2. Connect to Uniswap
3. Select the network other that the globally selected one
4. Submit a transaction
5. Navigate back to the home screen
