[Bug]: Open browser while on non-permitted network causes app crash

Describe the bug

Separate issue from this ticket which is expected to be resolved.

When a Global Network is Selected and the user navigates to a dapp that does not have this network as permitted, the app crashes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set GNS (global network) to a network not yet permitted for a dapp
2. Navigate to dapp
3. On bottom sheet select Add this network

Additional context

Crash appears on physical devices. On Android 'crash' appears as the app closing.

Should no longer be an issue with Per Dapp Selected Network. Given the expected delivery of this feature in the next few weeks, adding a 'won't fix' label
