[Bug]: Staking Confirmation Screen Blockies/Jazzicon not displaying for user's account

Describe the bug

Location: On the staking, unstaking, and claim confirmation screens, under the "Advanced details".

Bug: There's a "?" icon displayed to the left of a user's account.

Typically we use the "?" icon next to unknown addresses (accounts/contracts)

Expected behavior

Instead of a "?" icon there should be a blockie or jazzicon (based on user settings).

Steps to reproduce

Prerequisite: Have some ETH to stake

1. On the Ethereum details screen, click "stake" or "stake more"
2. Enter a valid amount to stake and click to next screen
3. On the stake confirmation screen, click the "Advanced details" section header to unveil some additional rows
4. Notice that the "Staking from" row containing the current account has a "?" icon next to the address

At the moment, the mobile client's Pet names support is not up to feature parity with the extension. Notably, account names are not picked up by the pet names component. This has been ruled out as a blocker for this work by @bschorchit, so we don't need to address this for now.
