[UX Improvement] Add toast when users tries to connect to a Solana dapp whilst on a Solana account

What is this about?

We will not have dapp connectivity on Mobile for Solana V1 launch in May. There is an edge case where a user is on a Solana account -> Opens the in-app browser -> Tries to connect to a Solana dapp

Current behaviour is that it will automatically switch to the last used EVM account however this will confuse the user since they are expecting to connect to the Solana account -

We need to display a toast stating that Solana is in Beta and dapp connectivity is coming in Q3 2025

I have spoken with @jiexi and we have some concerns about this feature that make it harder than it seems. Let me first clarify the goals...

1. A user creates a Solana account in MetaMask Mobile
2. A user then opens the browser and navigates to pump.fun
3. The user then tries to "login" and attempts to connect the dapp via MetaMask (which is an option in the popup)

4. Here, we will intercept the connection request and show the warning described above (Solana dapp connections coming soon).

There are some issues with this that make this feature request significantly more challenging then it seems. The main issue is that there is no concept of the solana-api to the mobile app. for lack of a better word, the app does not speak solana and thus when a connection request is triggered in the browser, we have no way of even knowing that it was fired with the intends of connecting a solana account. Speaking with Jiexi, he said that the only way to do this would be to include the solana wallet standard in the app so that it can receive these requests and show our warning. I need to look into how involved this would be but this is essentially the work that the entire multichain api team is going to be doing in the coming months.

In the meantime I will experiment with potential hacks that can get around this. Maybe there is a way we can simplify this feature so that we do not require the connection request? Perhaps we always show the toast when the users navigates to the browser and their current account is solana? cc @Montoya @gantunesr

Ok, the message should be displayed as soon as the user opens the in app browser while on a Solana account, not when a connection request arrives.
