[Bug]: New Accounts Disappear After App Restart

Describe the bug

When notifications are enabled in the app, newly added accounts are being deleted/removed from the user's wallet after the app is closed and reopened. This data persistence issue occurs specifically with the combination of notifications being on and adding Solana blockchain accounts.

Expected behavior

Added accounts should persist on reopening

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure notifications are switched ON in the app settings
2. Ensure there is a Solana account added
3. Add a new Ethereum account to the wallet
4. Close the app completely (force quit/swipe away)
5. Reopen the app
6. Observe that the newly added account is no longer present

I was able to replicate this with when both Notifications and Profile Sync are disabled

I don't know if this is entirely related to notifications or profile syncing.

(Hypothesis)
I think the Account or Keyring controller have not fully completed adding the account when you close the app?

• E.g. the UI optimistically updated, but there is still some background processes happening and the account isn't fully added.
