[Bug]: Send Max Tx incorrect Tx Status Given

Describe the bug

The user created a transaction and selected the "Max" option as the amount.
The UI reported to the user through the popup that the transaction was successful.
Upon reviewing the transaction in SolScan the user found that the transaction had failed.

Expected behavior

The app reports to the user the correct state of a transaction.

3. Confirm and send it
