[Bug]: Max button does not work on first click

Describe the bug

User reports that the "Max" button when first clicked while creating a transaction does not do anything. It is only after selecting the "Max" button a second time that it adds that amount to the transaction.

Expected behavior

Hitting the "Max" button should add the amount immediately.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Send transaction for SOL
2. Select "Max" option
3. Wait
4. Select the "Max" option again to have the amount added.
