[Bug]: Legacy and EIP 1559 transactions fail on Polygon, EIP 1559 / EIP 1559 without gas and dapp transactions fail on Linea

Describe the bug

Legacy and EIP 1559 transactions fail on Polygon with 'Internal JSON-RPC error'. EIP 1559 without gas can be submitted.
EIP 1559 and EIP 1559 without gas fail on Linea with the 'Transaction error
Invalid transaction envelope type: specified type "Ox2" but included a gasPrice instead of maxFeePerGas and maxPriorityFeePerGas', Legacy transactions can be submitted.

Expected behavior

All types of transactions can be submitted on all supported networks
