[Bug]: Dollar formatting not uniform accross networks

Describe the bug

If Solana account selected I get the balance of tokens in US$, if Ethereum in $, in some places we use US$, others $, including in the Ethereum asset details page for instance.

Expected behavior

If we could settle on a convention and apply it consistently that’d be great.
