[Bug]: gas params being overwritten

Describe the bug

Looks like when pushing a transaction from dApp, all gas params are being overwritten.

NOTE: having this issue on 7.4.51

Expected behavior

App should allow the gas parameters sent, not ovewrite

Steps to reproduce

1. go to metamask browser
2. access a dApp which for example uses "approve allowance"
3. try to approve transaction
4. see error.

Error messages or log output

Invalid transaction envelope type: specified type "0x2" but included a gasPrice instead of maxFeePerGas and maxPriorityFeePerGas.
