[Bug]: On Ramp not working as expected

Describe the bug

Cannot fund $20 (suggested as minimum) in wallet - due to “no providers available”
Tried to pay via Paypal and Apple cash
Doing the same for 40$ and 50$ does not show this error.

Suggestion:
Allow 20$ minimum amounts to be funded by Paypal and Apple cash.
OR put the minimum amount besides each payment method.
