Manual dapp network selection allows switch to non-permitted network
Expected behavior
When switching to a non-permitted network non-permitted network model is shown

- Go to browser
- Connect dapp
- Tap on account icon in header
- Tap on Permissions
- Review network permissions and uncheck one
- Tap on network avatar on dapp favicon in bottom sheet
- Select non-permitted network from list
