[Bug]: [Ledger] Errors are shown when the ledger is disconnected/ETH app closed/blind signing disabled

Describe the bug

Expected result:

After turning on the Ledger device and opening the ETH app, the user should be able to proceed with signing the trx.

Actual result:

After turning on the Ledger device and opening the ETH app, "something went wrong" error message is shown in MM.

Environment - iOS:

Device: iPhone 12 ; iOS 26.3.1 (a)
MM version: 7.72.0 build 4284

Environment - Android:

Device: Samsung Galaxy S22 ; Android 16
MM version: 7.72.0 build 4284

Steps to reproduce

issue1 - Send trx while the ledger is disconnected:

• connect MM with Ledger
• start with the Send trx scenario
• before confirming the trx in MM, turn off the Ledger device
• in MM, tap confirm
• in MM, notice the error message "connection lost"
• turn on the Ledger device
• on ledger, open the ETH app
• in MM tap "continue"
• in MM, notice the "something went wrong" error message

issue2 - Perform dapp signing while the ledger is disconnected:

• connect MM with Ledger
• open MM test dapp
• start with the dap sign scenario
• before confirming the trx in MM, turn off the Ledger device
• in MM, tap confirm
• in MM, notice the error message "connection lost"
• turn on the Ledger device
• on ledger, open the ETH app
• in MM tap "continue"
• in MM, notice the "something went wrong" error message

ISSUE2: [Bug]: [Ledger] "Something went wrong" error is shown when the user tries to perform dapp signing while the ledger ETH “Blind singing” is disabled

Steps to reproduce:

• connect MM with Ledger
• open MM test dapp
• in Ledger ETH app, disable the "blind signing"
• start with the dap sign scenario
• in MM, tap confirm
• in MM, notice the "something went wrong" error message

ISSUE3: "Bluetooth required" modal is presented even though the bluetooth is already enabled on both the Mobile and the Ledger device

Steps to reproduce:

• on the mobile device, enable bluetooth
• on the ledger device, enable bluetooth
• start the process of connecting MM with Ledger
• notice the "Bluetooth required" modal

ISSUE4: "Ledger disconnected" error is shown on Send/Swap/Bridge/Dapp sign if the user denies to open the ETH app in the first try

Steps to reproduce:

• connect MM with Ledger
• on Ledger, quit the ETH app
• perform Send/Swap/Bridge/Dapp sign trx
• in MM, notice the "open ETH" message
• tap "continue"
• on Ledger, cancel the "open ETH" action
• in MM, notice the "open ETH" message again
• tap "continue" again
• on Ledger, approve the "open ETH" action
• in MM, notice the "ledger disconnected" error

ISSUE5: "Unspecified error" message is shown after trying to use the pagination in the Select an Account screen if the ETH app is not open

Steps to reproduce:

• on Ledger, open the ETH app
• start with connecting MM to Ledger and get to the Select an Account screen
• on Ledger, quit the ETH app
• in MM, select an account and click “Next” in the pagination
• Notice the error message: Unspecified error when connect Ledger Hardware
