Describe the bug
The inaccurate fee alert doesn't appear anymore on extension and it seems a regression introduced by this PR: MetaMask/metamask-extension#42300. A very similar PR was merged to mobile and is part of 7.78 so this a ticket to investigate and fix in case the same issue is also on mobile.
