Metamask Test Snaps repo is broken ?

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Metamask Flask 10.23.2-flask-0 on Chrome 106.0.5249.119 on Ubuntu Linux. Make sure regular metamask plugin is NOT installed.

-Visit 'https://metamask.github.io/test-snaps/latest/' or locally build the test-snaps repo and go to localhost:8080 (same html)

-Try to click on 'Connect to Error Snap' (or connect to any snap)

RESULT: An error box pops up that says
The method "wallet_requestSnaps" does not exist / is not available.
