Change accounts to accountsPartial and install @solana/spl-token-metadata

I checked your tests folder and find some error about accounts not define param and I change to accountsPartial.
I see you not install ```@solana/spl-token-metadata``` when you using it in ```create_pool_with_token2022.tests.ts```
