(Feature Request) Ability to reset scan progress

Been learning some scan dashes, and having to either reload the game or rely on Dolphin savestates to practice those with in-range scans gets a little annoying, so some way to either reset scans/scan progress or potentially even forcing scan progress to always be zero would be very appreciated.

This should be doable.

Infinite scan is something I implemented once, long ago in pre-release v1 practice mod, but never released due to the fact it makes the game impossible to beat.

I may have a solution for this now. Or, at the very least, you can always disable infinite scans if you need to scan something important.

Not sure if any other tricks require you to focus on something without actually scanning it, so just having a toggle for infinite scantime for whenever you want to practice a scan dash is probably the best way to go about it.
