Add function to map + buffer

Add a CLI option that will launch logging, processing, and a live map, and keep a buffer of a certain time. So you can keep a map going and it will only keep the last X minutes of data. Great for monitoring a feed and looking for problems, the buffer gives you wiggle room to investigate issues.
