implement snap points-to-points

Feature Description

problem

in SVG file, trying to snap points-to-points requires to copy-and-paste values as is, which is inaccurate, tedious, and time-wasting.

proposed feature

i want to implement snap points-to-points.

every time you modify a point whilst using snap points-to-points, the edited point would snap into nearest point within a distance, after short holding interval.

in toolbar, there would be "snap points-to-points" button.

workarounds

on Android:

• use another app, such as "Vector Assets Creator" on Google Play.

however, "Vector Assets Creator" can't import SVG file.
