fdc bug with parados and ultraform format

with rom parados 1.2 (2015) when you make a format in ultraform with verification you get an error

SHIFT-F Drive A UltraFORM yes (at verification)

caprice forever has the same error and has been corrected in scan equal (51) ... end of track reach

Formatting is not supported (IIRC). You only can read and write.
