Keyboard polling issue #178
Description
Very edge case bug I know but if you press the 0 then 9 keys quickly, the 9 key doesn't register. Same for 9 then 8.
The other way round is fine.
I only noticed this from typing SYS4096 very often and it always misses the 9.
If you wait a split second before pressing 9, it works fine.
Happens with different USB keyboards plugged into the MiSTer and doesn't happen on C16 core.
Standard Kernal used
Doesn't happen on real hardware either.
