Program terminates early due to "OSError: [WinError 145] The directory is not empty:" #49
Description
When I attempt to run the downloader program on my Windows PC (either on the MiSTer SD card or even in a folder on my computer) it terminates early with the error OSError: [WinError 145] The directory is not empty: 'F:\_Arcade/_alternatives/_Boulder Dash '. I've tried deleting the file in that folder (Boulder Dash - Boulder Dash Part 2 (Japan).mra), but it writes again and the error persists. I've attached a copy of the log file in case that provides some clues as to what the issue is.
