Feature Request: Core cropipng for CRT

Some TVs, such as my 2008 Panasonic Tau, are unable to display all the required lines. This is currently the case with Commodore cores in PAL format, where my TV does not display many of the bottom lines, leaving the image cut off. I think that if I could crop the top lines, I would be able to see practically the entire image in most games, as they tend to work with fairly large margins.

As with other platforms such as Amiga, there are 240 lines in NTSC and 270 in PAL.

Main has nothing to do with analog output which is fully controlled by core(FPGA). Cores are made to output analog video as precise as possible, same as original systems.
Analog TVs are usually easy to get adjusted, so the best way is to try to modify your TV to display PAL properly.
