1440x1080 (4:3 1080p) Missing Vertical Crop Option

I was just testing a 4:3 LCD display with a native resolution of 1440x1080 and set the MiSTer.ini file to: video_mode=1440,1080,60

The scaling worked perfectly, however the 1080 vertical crop option was greyed out. It's still there with video_mode=8 and even with manually entering 1080p as video_mode=1900,1080,60

Is this something that can be easily added for 1440x1080?

216p 5x crop is only intended for 1920x1080 resolution. If you cropped it the way you wanted on 1440x1080 it would cut off the left and right parts of the image. Any other resolution and 5x would be unevenly scaled, etc...

Are you sure? This doesn't seem like a negligible difference to me - Bottom pics are simply the tops cropped to 1440 wide. To me, this looks more like standard CRT overscan:

...but once again, the question is specifically: "Is this easy?". If this requires a whole re-write and not just a "cut off the sides" option, then it's absolutely NOT worth any dev's time.

This option is exclusive to wide resolution. It won't work on 4:3 resolution because it cannot crop sides. You will get black bars on top/bottom if you somehow activate this cropping.
