MiSTer v260325 has broken support for D-Link N300 USB Wireless adaptor

Hello,

On my original Terasic MiSTer I use a D-Link N300 Wireless Nano adaptor:

It seems that v260325 has broken support for the device. If I switch back to v260220 it works fine, then I go back to v260325 the device does not seem to be found?

Is there further testing I can do to help?

On my QMTech I use a Dynamode 'N' nano USB wireless adaptor and v260325 is fine with that device.

If it's really broken (not some config change) then t needs to be tested and fixed by developer who has such adapter.

@sorgelig do you have the developer name? They might know of some OS changes they made which my relate to this issue (although I think people are looking at the QMTech slow Menu issues at the moment).

I did not make any config changes and if I just swap the MiSTer OS files back and forward I can get it to work/break, so I think it must be due to some changes from v260220 to v260325.

On a Win PC this Wireless USB device needs drivers installed, it does not work 'plug and play'.

i don't know what releases you are talking about. Linux release (where wifi drivers are) was a year ago.

Sorry I meant the Main_MiSTer releases:

That is the only thing I change.
v260220 - D-Link N300 Wireless Nano adaptor works
v260325 - D-Link N300 Wireless Nano adaptor Does not work

A change within that ^ update has caused the issue. Nothing to do with Linux release.

I just tried MiSTer_spd_offloadv2 (v260404) which was posted with regards to the QMTech MiSTer OSD delay Issue, and the D-Link N300 Wireless Nano adaptor is working again on my Terasic MiSTer.

i don't see any change related to WiFi between these releases... Try to change USB port of WiFi dongle, remove all other USB devices while testing.
