Support for CD+G

Real Mega CD hardware supports CD+G discs.
This is a feature request to support ccd/img/sub CD+G disc images.

This would likely have to be added in Main_MiSTer in the support files. Other systems that supported CD+G are Sega Saturn, Atari Jaguar CD, Philips CD-i, TurboGrafx CD, 3DO and Amiga CD32, for future reference. General CD+G info --> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CD%2BG

Here is the initial commit where ekeeke added CD+G support to genesis-plus-gx for reference --> ekeeke/Genesis-Plus-GX@a07f7a3 - it's also mixed in with cd audio support, so it's not a focused commit of only one feature added though.

It looks like it kind of works when a cue is present with ccd/img/sub, but the graphics are glitched compared to the same ccd/img/sub running on my Sega Saturn via MODE.
