missing file style.css

I'm trying to set up geo-mashup1.8.2 with wp 4.0.1 but the installation stops 
and is reported the inability to complete the installation because it lacks the 
file style.css
Where I'm wrong?
I placed the installation operation a thousand times does not seem to have 
forgotten any passage
