Buster is 7 years old, and EOL since 4 years. Makes sense that Raspbian removes the repo at some point.

You could go through a 3 steps upgrade process:

• Buster => Bullseye: https://dietpi.com/blog/?p=811#manual-upgrade
• Bullseye => Bookworm: https://dietpi.com/blog/?p=3128#upgrade
• Bookworm => Trixie: https://dietpi.com/blog/?p=4014

But it is probably faster and a lot cleaner to just start over with a new image. As you have an RPi 4, you can use the 64-bit image, which enables better compatibility with modern software.
