Lakitu & Spiny Issues

I noticed a few inconsistencies with Lakitu and Spiny behavior

• The physics of thrown spiny eggs feels off. This acts more like the altered/bug fixed version but in the original, there's a bug that makes the spiny eggs fall straight down
• Lakitu should leave the screen before the end of level stairs and should never throw spinies on the stairs. In this version, Lakitu seems to hang around at the end of the level
• Spinies can't be killed by hitting a brick underneath them in the original game

Lakitu's aim is ridiculously aggressive!! haha

Yeah I tried to make him as aggressive as I could haha

Also, Lakitu should disappear after the section one of 8-2, but it stays loaded over the level. (even after going back from the coin room, it spawns a new one)
