No error on broken json file.

I managed to break the setups.json file and there was no feedback, just a complete lack of defined setups. I suspect the same would happen if there was an error in the filters or dyes json files.

Just had this happen again, a missing comma made it all fail. I think we should have some sanity check and throw some error rather than just not work.
