Unable to Access the WebDriver Download Page

I attempted to download the WebDriver by clicking the link (Link 2) on the page shown in the screenshot (Image 1) of the following URL (Link 1). However, as shown in Image 2, the page did not load, and I was unable to download the WebDriver.
Could you please take the necessary steps to enable the download of the WebDriver?
