Intellicode extension for Python on Visual Code fails to start

I am using the Visual Code 1.95.3 with the extension Intellicode for Python which is broken: when I start Visual Code a pop-up give me an information saying that "something get wrong while activating ...." and then, on the output tab, I found the following message / error message, despite is not very well informative for me. Can anyone help me with this?
I had reinstalled the extension and tried older version but didn't fix the problem.

I am facing the same issue when editing single python files or working in a folder workspace. The output tab says the following:

Acquiring model 'intellisense-members-lstm-pylance' for python
vs-intellicode-python was passed a model: {}.
Found bundled model for python
Activating Python extension
Error while activating Python: {"code":-4}

Reinstalling, restarting or disabling/enabling the extension did not fix the issue. Here is About Code info:

i also facing the same issue
i got message like this :

Sorry, something went wrong activating IntelliCode support for Python. Please check the "Python" and "VS IntelliCode" output windows for details.

i tried all the solution that are available over internet but none of them are working for me.
Guide me to solve!

I found a solution:

Install an older version of IntelliCode:

uncheck auto update
Marketplace > IntelliCode > Uninstall > Install Specific version... > 1.2.25

Install an older version of python:

uncheck auto update
Marketplace > Python > Uninstall > Install Specific version... > 2023.22.1

And finally restart vscode

It's a temporary solution but it works for me.

and i tried another way to opern python project,
activate the env first , and open the project, it is works for me . i am using miniconda
