Sumarry: The custom agent is unable to read text from an image (OCR picture) and respond with the extracted content in M365 Copilot. However, the same functionality works as expected in Copilot Studio.
After investigation, we found that image upload functionality is currently not supported in M365 Custom Engine Copilot. Therefore, this behavior is expected.
