Hi Team,
When using the "Post card in a chat or channel" Power Automate action with Post as = Flow bot or Microsoft Copilot Studio agent, multiple recipients are not supported. However, the action still allows users to specify multiple recipients. When the flow runs, it fails with a Bad Request error.
This appears to be the intended (by-design) behavior, but we could not find any documentation that clearly states this limitation.
Reproduction Steps:
- Create a flow with a Manual trigger.
- Add the "Post card in a chat or channel" action.
- Set Post as to Flow bot or Microsoft Copilot Studio agent.
- Set Post in to Chat with Flow bot or Chat with agent.
- Specify multiple recipients in the Recipients field.
- Run the flow.
Expected Behavior:
- Either the action should support multiple recipients, or it should validate the input and prevent multiple recipients from being selected.
Actual Behavior:
- The action accepts multiple recipients but fails at runtime with a Bad Request error, without clearly indicating that multiple recipients are not supported.
Could you please update the documentation to explicitly state that multiple recipients are not supported for this scenario?
