I think the ModelName comments are incorrect in this article

In my experience, I've had to use the client side log entries such as: ScopeId_{GUID}/Application_{GUID} when searching via ModelName (it's the only way I know how to find what the application is that the logs are talking about). It's not an integer as the documents suggest but a long, complicated string.
